We have gotten
many requests for Snakewood boards from people that don’t
have the facilities to accurately cut logs. So we took several
nice logs, sawed them through & through and then planed them
with the results shown. They all have defects common to Snakewood,
i.e., wane, possible heart checks, etc. but they all still have
much clear, highly figured wood. All of these have the classic
banding so highly sought after. Figured on all sides. Rare.
