Figured Moabi Bowl Blanks

Baillonella toxisperma

This beautifully figured board is from a log found in Gabon. The figure is a cross between pomelle and quilt-very bold. It is very fine-grained and takes a nice polish. This board was cut near the outside of the log where the figure is strongest. The width varies from 33" to 39" but we have just tallied 25" of width because the sapwood edges are faulty. You are just paying for the sound heartwood.
